Excellent stay, great staff

The cottage was immaculate and cosy. Dinner at the hotel restaurant proved excellent, too. The staff were attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I visited the watch tower for views of the Great Orme and Conway Castle. I took a lovely stroll around the peaceful gardens.
I had some trouble finding my room initially. It took two days to navigate the maze-like layout.

the welcome was warm. the staff attended to every request with ease and a smile. i had a facial treatment (i usually avoid these) that felt very relaxing. my skin looked a lot better afterward.
the restaurant lighting was dim in the evening, so it was hard to see the food clearly.

The historic hall features beautiful gardens with Snowdonia views. The hotel's customer service was great, with polite and friendly staff. Even the garden staff were helpful. Fine dining for breakfast and dinner included silver service with linen, a rare treat now. I found the attention to detail amazing.
